Inquiry/incident management tool.

As we had informed you, all production and sandbox incidents and queries will begin to be managed through a web ticketing tool. The start date is 07/26/2022.

This communication is to request the following data from the users who will need to connect to the tool.

    • TPP connection certificate.
    • Name.
    • Surname.
    • ID.
    • Name of the company.
    • Email (one per user).

IMPORTANT: the data must be sent by email with the subject "TPP support tool registration", to the following email address: psd2.hub.soporte@redsys.es. Emails with requests sent to other addresses and with other matters will not be answered. Keep in mind that if you do not send any of these data, it will not be possible to process the registration.

Once we receive your data and process the registration of your user, you will receive the password change instructions in the email that you have provided us. The connection URL will be the following:

Once the registration has been processed, you will receive your connection data in the provided email.

To request unblocking of users you micht have in the future, you must write to the mailbox psd2.hub.soporte@redsys.es, and always from the same email that the TPP user has configured.

Additionally, indicate that if from their TPP they had a ticket previously opened with the ASPSP that they wish to claim, they can also open it through this tool by sending in the subject “pending reply + Ticket Number”, and attaching the mail history to the ticket with the query.
