Querys and issues management process
For query/issue in Sandbox or Production environment, please, follow the next process to obtain a ticket:
Send email to the correct support team:
- Sandbox Support Team (psd2.sandbox.soporte@redsys.es)
- Production Support Team(psd2.hub.soporte@redsys.es)
Email subject with the format:
[TPP || ASPSP] Email subject
Attach to the email the Excel sheet “PSD2 - Template for query and issue in production environment v1.0.0.xlsx” properly filled with the required information for their resolution.
